For me it’s very boring but organisation and discipline are vital for everything else to function properly.

There is no point having great ideas if you lack the discipline to execute them.

Being organised allows you to manage your time properly and see the important business issues. Without organisation, these can slip through the net.

If you’re feeling under pressure and your workload is too heavy for you to focus on the issues, then you need a plan on how to get on top of it.

Once you are ahead of the curve, then your business can really start to fly!

A strong underlying structure is so important as additional business can bolt onto the solid foundations you have created.
